Dale was a true advocate for all in need. He lived with compassion, heart and a great smile. His dedication to the elderly and disabled wasn't just a job, it was who he was bone deep and he always led by example. Dale was a gift to all he touched and will be remembered for the many ways he enhanced and enriched the lives of those in need in the communities that he served. On behalf of our Azura Memory Care family and all of our residents, their loved ones and our team who you have helped, we will miss you and send our deepest condolences to your family. May the wings of greatness you wore on earth, lift you high in heaven too.

Julie, Victoria, Rachel and of course my thoughts to Dale
Prayers, comfort and peace to each of you. Dale was one dedicated supervisor that I worked side by side with for 14 years. Dale and I meet before his Sheboygan County career through TMG, I would have all case files prepared for him when he came to Sheboygan to complete his audits. We together had passion in helping the elderly and disabled of Sheboygan County. He lived to work and worked to live with kindness, caring and love. He taught me to work hard and gave me the opportunity to use my creative skills in many ways in my career with Sheboygan County. He will be remember for allowing his family to help with my family caring for my children and parents. Comfort and peace to you Dale you did well. Thank you for your friendship and most of all being a great co-worker and supervisor. You will be missed.
Blessing, Jill
