Dorothy Helen Sack, 89, of Silver Ridge Park North, Berkeley Twp., NJ, passed away Thursday, July 3, 2014 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Jersey City, NJ, she lived in Bergenfield, NJ before moving to Berkeley Twp. in 1985. Dorothy was a talented Photo Colorist, Developer and Checker for many years. She was a woman of strong faith and was a longtime parishioner of St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Twp. and was a member of the Silver Ridge Park North Ladies First Auxiliary, Women's Club and Dance Club.
She was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth L. Sack, in 2011. Dorothy is survived by her 5 daughters Barbara Ann Azzollini, Linda Bottigliero, Susan McCurdy, Rosemary Doudoukjian and Dorothy Sack-Johnson, a sister Rose Marshall, a brother in law Richard Sack, 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Dorothy loved her family and lived life to the fullest. She enjoyed dancing and laughing and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
The family will receive friends Tuesday 4-9pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Wednesday 10:30am at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Twp. Entombment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River.
