I remember Alice Hemphill, I think for all my life. She always had a kind word and a word of encouragement, and would always speak up when she felt something wasn't right! She was part of our town history-a good part. My thoughts and prayers.

Douglas and I were very sorry to hear about the death of Doris's dear friend Alice. They spent many happy hours together working on projects to benefit the environment for the Manasquan Woman's Club. Alice lived a long and full life, and contributed much more than she received. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
With love,
