Not sure what to say?

ACTRESS AND SINGER DORIS DAY BECAME A SYMBOL OF INNOCENCE AND WHOLEESOMENSS AS SHE STARRED IN POPULAR MOVIES OF 1950S AND '60S. I LOVE IN PILLOW TALK & PLEASE DON'T EAT THE DAISIES; I HAVE BOTH DVD. SHE WAS A TALENTED ACTRESS.

As a grade school boy, I had no use for girls at all, but I did like your movies. I met you once at a movie premier and you gave me a hug (I think I was about 10). I instantly fell in love with you and made an effort to watch all of your movies from that point on. You were my ideal of what a woman should be.

A truly, complete in every way, Beautiful person with a Heart bigger than the Universe, sincerely

You were the example of what a woman could be and do-----you were a front runner for us all. We will miss you and that beautiful smile that was only Doris.
A fan.

No matter how many days may pass, it is still hard to imagine that your special light in this world has been extinguished. You were the person whose smile and laugh made each day so much brighter than the last.
I miss you more than words could ever say. Your laughter still lives in my heart.
I was so very privileged to call you my friend. Someday, I'll find you again!
Love you still
Karen

She was the most beautiful and seemingly genuine I daily saw in media when I was growing up in the sixties.. She had a huge positive influence the last eighty years on America culture!

I loved Doris Day and she was one of my favorite actresses. Her wholesomeness was delightful to watch on the screen. So sorry to hear of her death.
